Honey collected right here from Rhizome Farms.  The honey is produced from bees collecting pollen of chemical-free clover and other flowers found on the farm here in St. Catharines.  The bees need a healthy habitat to keep them safe and thriving, and the vegetable plants love them because they are such great pollinators!  At the end of the season, honey is collected and it is yours to enjoy!
