Arugula is a fast growing green, that is delicious, nutritious and not just for hipsters! This crunchy green has a slighly spicy taste that intensifies as it ages. First cut baby greens are mild, and older greens pack a delightful punch of pepper! This is a 'cut and come again' harvest for multiple harvests from the same planting.
