The opening week of CSA's were a smashing success. The solstice's abundance is evident!

Between weeding, irrigating, and bug scouting on Tuesday and Friday CSA baskets were full with fresh salad, garlic scapes, swiss chard, red clovers, radish, kale, and brassica flowers.

This weeks baskets!

Next week we hope to continue to tackle the weed pressure and keep harvesting beautiful food baskets.
